Refund and Cancellation

Service timing

The office admin will confirm the time of the services. We will drop the maids at your location on time and they will work for the specified number of hours. However, due to possible traffic conditions, there might be a delay of up to 30 to 45 minutes. We can assure you that we will complete the full hours from the time of arrival.

Service extension

In case, if you need the maids to stay for more time you should contact the office. The company has the right to pull out the maid unless the customer informs the office and pays for the extra hours. The company has the full right to accept or reject the extension request. Extension after working hours (till 8:00 PM) will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation of the cleaning booking should be informed before 48 hours of the service through an email or phone call. Cancellation between services to 48 hours will be 50% charged and on spot will be fully charged. We don’t allow cancellation after the service start.

Refund Policy

Cancellation of booking before 48 hours will be refunded fully, through the payment gateway how we received the amount.

Complaint if any will be compensated with a touch-up or complementary services agreed by both parties. No refund will be given once the service starts.

We are always welcome to solve your queries or complaint if channelled properly to the office within office working hours.

Suggestions for improvement of the services are always welcome by email, phone call, or WhatsApp.
